Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: The return request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) to initiate the return.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom items
- Opened or used products, including items with damaged packaging
- Gift cards and digital products
- Sale or clearance items
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Support Team via email at admin@krivax.xyz or visit our website’s Contact Us page.
- Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us using the return shipping label provided.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, if the item is returned in less-than-perfect condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged goods).
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@krivax.xyz with photos of the damaged product and your order details. We will assist you in arranging for a return or replacement at no additional cost.
